This sculpture was purchased by my brother, and is photographed here in his garden (thanks Dan!). The top of the sculpture is a bowled out concave area. It is sealed, and holds water; the reflection after a rain is very cool.

My front yard used to house this piece. The marble base came from the Ohio Statehouse. It is half the base of the original marble pedestal for the Lincoln bust that still resides in the Capital. It was deemed too heavy for the old floor and they gave the two halves to me. Thanks, Ohio!

The mixture of steel and marble still intrigues me. They are both the high end materials of their day, each in their own way. Maybe I’ll do another piece with this combination soon.

Yes, this was an homage to M. C. Escher. Ve

The totemic and the geometric meet in this piece. I would love to do another piece in this vein. If you want one, let me know.

Just outside the front door, this sculpture stands as a sentinel of good will outside my brother’s home. I have always liked to take stone to the limits of fragility, and this is a good example.
