This stone house is the real deal, and the masons did a great job. I need to get back there and get a final shot, but you get the idea. An arched stone conical ceiling is a major trick to install, so I decided to do this one in one piece.

I was thelift operator for this- and the boss. Things move very fast if things go wrong, so we move as slowly as possible and make sure that everybody has an eye on the other guy’s back.

This is a great shot of what went into installing this entry.The tolerances getting the ceiling in were crazy tight. And the entry arch; one wrong bump and it’s breaking and coming down and that’s that. The tension level is through the roof at a moment like this. So far so good- I have never been responsible for anybody getting hurt. Knock on wood!
