Figure, 5′ x 4′ x 18″
Overall dimensions , 35′ diameter
The horizontal form on the left in this photo contains all of the drawings of my freshman year of art school, wrapped in ship rope and covered in plaster, and finally sewn over in buffalo skin.
The figure is one of my first marble carvings, and was done from a waste block of Mexican marble. Very Beautiful, very hard, and very filled with flaws. The head fell off while I was working on the foot. I found an enormous geode in the ankle and had to quit the piece.
